Ticket Sales Policy
  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued, except in the event of a show cancellation by Big Head Todd and the Monsters. Cancellation or no-show by opening acts, co-headliners, etc. are not grounds for a refund from BHTM ticketing.

  • BHTM will update show information on www.bigheadtodd.com to the best of our ability, but please be advised: Posted event times,opening acts, etc. are subject to change without notice. It is not the responsibility of Big Head Todd and the Monsters to notify ticket holders of schedule changes. Please contact the venue on the day of show to confirm all pertinent details & showtimes.
  • Reserved Tickets: Reserved seating Fanclub tickets will be assigned on a "first come first served" basis. (i.e. Seats are assigned according to date and time order is placed. First orders get closer seats.) We will not assign tickets until we end our ticket sales for the show and process the orders for shipment. Please do not call/email asking for your ticket locations. We will not know them.
Tickets shipping? In most cases your tickets WILL NOT ship right away. Here's the fanclub ticketing process:
  1. A small allotment of tickets is placed on hold for us by the promoter to sell on our website for a limited time.
  2. Depending on the regulations of the venues' ticketing agency (Ticketmaster, etix, etc.), we conclude our ticket sales when:
    1. we sell out our allotment
    2. they go on sale to the general public, or
    3. there are four weeks until show day
  3. We place an order with the promoter for the the total number of fanclub tickets we've sold.
  4. The promoter/ticketing agency prints the tickets and ships them to us, hopefully in a timely fashion! Just as soon as we receive the tickets we process all orders and ship the tickets out to you--usually the same day.
  5. An email confirming that your tickets have shipped is sent to the email address provided on your order. You should receive your tickets no later than two weeks before the show.
Wondering where your tickets are?
  • You may have purchased tickets to be picked up at will-call, day of show on your confirmation email. It will let you know whether your tickets will ship or if they are to be picked up at will call, day of show.
  • Occasionally, tickets do get lost in the mail. If it is 3-5 business days before the show and your tickets have not arrived, please email us with the following information:
    1. Your first & last name
    2. Order number (if available)
    3. Show date, city, state, & venue
    4. Breif explanation of your particular ticket issue.
    We will void the original tickets that were assigned to you and reissue you replacement tickets to be picked up at will-call, day of show.
  • Did you move? The dog eat your tickets? Were they stolen? Don't panic. Take a deep breath, push your "easy" button, and email us with the four pieces of information listed above. Too late to email? Just show up. The box office and our tour manager have lists of all of our customers and tickets assigned to them. They will reprint them for you, no problem. (It helps for us to know ahead of time to speed up the process, but this is by no means a deal breaker.)
About our "Vet Tix" Program
  • We are pleased to announce that BHTM is now a proud participator in the Vet Tix program; providing free tickets to Veterans, Active Duty Military, and their families! If you are a Veteran, Active Duty Military, or a family member of someone who has been lost, head over to our Tour Page and check out our upcoming shows to see how you can receive your free tickets. Once you have requested your tickets - you will need to sign up for the fanclub as part of the request process- we ask that you please email us your proof of service. Tickets are limited by venue participation will be given out on a first come first served basis, so make your way over to our tour page to reserve your spots today.

  • What are the rules? We just need a little bit of info to verify that the person requesting tickets for him/herself, friends, and family is serving or has served in our nation's armed forces. The tickets will be left at will call under this individual's name and they will need to bring photo ID to pick up the tickets. Please email documentation to us within a week of requesting tickets in order to get your ticket request approved. Tickets are not guaranteed until you receive an email from us confirming that your documentation has been received that the order has been approved. PLEASE limit your correspondence with us to email, as you will get a much quicker and efficient response. What do we consider as appropriate documentation? We're pretty easy, a scan or photo of any one of these items will work:
    1. Official military correspondence showing the name of the person ordering and picking up the tickets.
    2. Military ID
    3. Dog Tags
    4. Discharge papers
    5. If you are ordering on behalf of a lost loved one, their papers and a very brief description of your individual situation
    6. Any other documentation you can think of that we have not noted here
    • As these tickets are very limited, we do request that if something comes up and you or some of your guests can't make the show, please email us with a full or partial CANCELLATION of your tickets, so that we may make the tickets available to another deserving veteran.
    • Finally, please bring a method of documentation with your photo ID to the show to pick up tickets. We take it on your word that you are will not re-sell these comp tickets.They will be printed with a $0.00 face value and the recipient may be asked for military documentation at the door.
    Why are we charging a service fee?
    • BHTM's Fanclub Ticketing incurs many expenses including credit card processing, labor, customer service, envelopes, printers & toner, etc. You get the idea. This fee helps keep us up and running, and the heat on! We are proud that we are able to do this for a service fee that is quite a bit less than most ticket outlets
